France – The wine capital of the world.

Dom Barrau Cabernet Franc
You have to be careful with Cabernet Franc. Some vineyards provide grapes often used as a filler in cheap wines. Some, but not many, understand how to make the best of the vines to produce a really good example. This is a really good example which you don’t see on many wine lists. A wine of real character, scented fruit twinned with an edgy woodland perfume. The palate is incredibly long and very rich, scrumptiously juicy fleshy flavours that are counterbalanced and intertwined with the savoury crunchy earthy character of Cabernet Franc.
Cote du Rhone Villages
This is a fine example of why this wine area is world famous You will fall in love with it. Immediately impressive this  wine reveals its class from the start. Typical red berry fruit on the nose underpinned by subtle oaky nuances. Flavours are densely packed, layer upon layer of primary red fruit are refined by smooth oaky subtleties bound up in a finely woven structure
Chateau Du Seguin Bordeaux Superior

Los Gansos Gewurz
If we served curry, this would be the wine – we don’t but its still a great wine to go with strong flvours. Great as a shared bottle on its own. Elegant, defined, spicy fruit flavours make this Gewürztraminer an excellent, refreshing and stylish partner for aromatic dishes.
Maycas del Limari Chard Res Esp
Could this be one of the other best wines that you will ever taste? Ageing for 11 months in French oak and 5 months in the bottle before it’s released gives this wine a well balanced mix of fresh crisp fruit and smooth oak.

A really nice port! Mature and versatile with a deep red colour and a concentration of fresh, plumy fruit aromas. The palate has plenty of lively cherry, more plum fruit and is rich and full with a soft finish.
Krohn LBV Port
An even better port! LBV port is a port which they say after “actually, this was good enough to be a vintage”. So it is matured in barrels not bottles. The generous plumy characters, freshness and pure berry fruit characterise.
